The purpose of the Target Stores Mentoring Program was to equipped us with leadership skills along with giving us behavioral based situations where we would be able to asses what would be appropriate and professional to do in a work related situation.

We participated in leadership building activities with a group of my peers at a Target store location where we were in a retail environment to help us imagine ourselves in the situations we covered during each meeting.
